Email flows are a series of automated emails that you set up to send when specific triggers or criteria are met. These triggers can range from send times to customer behavior on your website.

On the other hand, email campaigns are one-off emails or standalone emails you manually send to your subscribers. You would usually use these emails when you need to send important announcements, personal messages, updates concerning your company operations, or even newsletters.

We work with the email service providers Klaviyo and ActiveCampaign.
For popups, we use Klaviyo, Optimonk, and Privy.

After you purchase a Kairos package, you’ll be prompted to fill out our onboarding forms wherein you can submit your creative assets (logos, colors, photos, etc.). You can send any additional information to [email protected].

We’re committed to delivering your email designs within 7 business days. The 7-day countdown only starts after our operations team validates the completeness and accuracy of the information you provided in the onboarding form.

We can accommodate 1 round of revision on your email designs which we’ll then deliver in 2-3 business days.
